Businesses and contractors pay no platform fees during the initial pilot. Any future paid service will be explained before you choose to use it.

What does the initial pilot cost?
The initial pilot costs $0 in platform fees for both businesses and contractors. There is no platform subscription, introduction charge or platform success fee during this initial pilot.
- Businesses can prepare briefs, request available introductions and compare contractor responses.
- Contractors can apply for review, opt in to private shortlists and respond to invitations.
- No payment card is required by the current site.
Who pays for the concrete work?
The business or other contracting party pays for concrete work under its separate agreement with the selected contractor. A free platform pilot does not make site visits, engineering, testing, materials or construction free. Confirm any such charges with the provider before authorizing them.
The platform does not currently collect construction deposits or process payments between businesses and contractors.
How will future platform fees work?
Future platform fees will be disclosed before you choose to use the affected service. The disclosure will identify who pays, the amount or calculation method, the charging event and any applicable cancellation or refund terms.
Your free pilot account will not automatically turn into a paid subscription. We will not retroactively charge a platform fee for an introduction made during the free initial pilot.
Does paying buy a shortlist position?
Paying does not buy a shortlist position in the free initial pilot because no platform fees are charged. Suggestions should reflect the recorded project fit, available approved participants and remaining questions.
If a future commercial arrangement could affect placement or recommendations, it will be disclosed before the affected service is used.
What does a free request guarantee?
A free request guarantees no particular contractor match, response time, proposal or project award. It starts the review process; coverage and contractor willingness still need to be established for the specific U.S. project.
The workspace records the request status, reviewer updates and available next steps, including a no-match outcome when appropriate.
