What is Concrete Commercial Contractors?
Concrete Commercial Contractors is a connection and planning service for U.S. commercial concrete projects. Businesses prepare briefs and request introductions; contractors apply, opt in and decide which opportunities to pursue.
The platform does not perform concrete work, provide engineering design, appoint a contractor on your behalf or guarantee project outcomes. Construction scope, design responsibilities, pricing, payment, permits, insurance and performance arrangements belong in the separate agreement between the relevant project parties.
Who can use an account?
An account can be used by an adult authorized to act for the business or project they represent. Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and contact us if you believe an account is being misused.
Use the service for genuine commercial projects or contractor participation. Do not impersonate another business, submit misleading qualifications, access someone else’s records, send spam or interfere with the service.
What does the initial pilot include?
The initial pilot includes use of the available project tools and participation in the introduction process without a platform fee to businesses or contractors. Coverage is developing, and a request does not guarantee a match, response time, proposal or awarded project.
We will disclose any future platform fee, who pays it and when it applies before you choose to use the affected paid service. A pilot account will not automatically become a paid subscription. Contractor charges for actual construction work are separate.
What does contractor review establish?
Contractor review establishes the recorded findings of the application review at the time shown. Pilot approval permits the contractor to opt in to private shortlist consideration; it is not certification, a warranty of workmanship or a guarantee of current qualifications or availability.
Businesses remain responsible for confirming project-specific suitability, current credentials, references, insurance, capacity and contract terms with the contractor and relevant professionals. Contractor statements and submitted documents can change after review.
How do introductions and sharing work?
Introductions work through your recorded choices. A buyer submits a selected project copy for reviewer consideration, then approves each contractor before that contractor receives the copy. Contractors choose whether to participate and whether to respond to a particular invitation.
Submitting a proposal, expressing interest, comparing bids, proposing a site visit or downloading a decision packet does not by itself appoint a contractor, accept a construction contract or confirm an appointment. Confirm those arrangements directly with the relevant party.
Revoking access prevents further access through the service but cannot recall downloaded copies. Do not upload information you lack permission to share, including reference contacts, copyrighted plans or third-party confidential information.
How may the service use submitted content?
The service may store, copy and display submitted content as needed to operate the account, review process and sharing actions you authorize, including private recovery copies. You retain any rights you have in that content.
Submitting a project or application does not authorize us to turn it into a public case study, testimonial or contractor endorsement. Separate permission is needed for that use.
When may account access change?
Account access may change when requested by the account owner or when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents, inaccurate submissions or service changes. We may pause a request or participation while an issue is reviewed.
You can stop using the service, close project requests or pause contractor participation. Contact support to request account closure or information removal. Shared records and recovery copies are handled as described in the privacy notice.
How should you report a problem?
You should report a platform or account problem through the support contact below and use the project conversation for project-specific clarification. Do not send passwords or recovery links.
Questions about construction performance, a contractor invoice or a construction contract should be addressed with the relevant contractor and project parties. We can review reported misuse of the platform, but the platform does not provide a dispute-adjudication service. Nothing on this page removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
How will changes to these terms be handled?
Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date. Material changes, including a proposed paid service, will be brought to your attention before they apply to that use. You can contact support if you do not wish to continue under a proposed change.
