What service does this notice cover?

This notice covers Concrete Commercial Contractors, a service that connects U.S. commercial businesses with concrete contractors and provides tools for preparing projects and comparing responses. It covers information submitted through this website and our related support conversations.

What information do we collect?

We collect the information you provide to create an account, prepare a project, apply as a contractor, communicate through a project ask about contractor coverage or contact support.

  • Account details: name, email, password in hashed form, verification records and sign-in sessions.
  • Coverage inquiries: your service, U.S. location, timing, name, email, optional note and follow-up consent. Review updates, private progress-link access and email delivery records help us handle the inquiry. Your name, email and internal review notes are excluded from the progress page. Keep its link private; anyone who has it can view progress.
  • Business and project details: contacts you choose to enter, location, scope, operating constraints, plans, photos, attachments, proposals, messages and internal comparison or tracking notes.
  • Contractor application details: company contacts, service areas, experience, credentials, references provided with permission, supporting documents, participation choices and review records.
  • Service records: sharing choices, project actions, email preferences, delivery status and limited operational/security records. Hosting and security providers process technical request information to operate and protect the site.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to operate your account, save your work, review applications and requests, facilitate the introductions you authorize, provide updates, respond to support requests and protect the service. We also use limited aggregate planning activity to understand which tools are useful.

Who can see your project information?

Your project information is shared through the choices you make in the workspace. A shortlist request sends the reviewer a saved copy of the selected scope, attachments and optional contacts. Each contractor receives that copy only after you approve its individual invitation.

Your competing proposal comparisons and private tracking notes are excluded from that shared project copy. This distinction limits sharing with contractors; it does not mean that authorized service operators and hosting providers cannot access stored records when needed to operate, secure or support the service.

Closing a request or revoking an invitation ends the contractor’s access in the service. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Removing an original file from your workspace does not delete copies already included in a submitted request.

How is contractor information shared?

Contractor information is shared according to the application and participation process. The reviewer can inspect submitted application information and supporting evidence. An approved contractor can opt in to having its company profile considered for private buyer shortlists and choose whether to include the dated review summary.

Private evidence documents, reference contacts and reviewer source notes are excluded from the shortlist profile. Pausing participation stops new consideration; previously shared snapshots and existing authorized conversations can remain.

Which providers help operate the service?

Cloudflare helps operate the website, account database, file storage, security and transactional email. Contact-form messages are sent privately to our support inbox through Cloudflare and handled using Google’s email service. Contractors you choose to contact receive the information you authorize and are responsible for their own handling of copies they receive.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably needed to respond to a valid legal process, protect the service or address misuse. Do not include confidential third-party information unless you are authorized to provide it.

What cookies and browser storage are used?

Cookies and browser storage are used for account sessions, security and temporary workspace handoffs or preferences. Restricting them can prevent sign-in or affect your unsaved work.

Our planning counters record action type, service category, source and daily totals, without project text, contact details, raw IP addresses or visitor identifiers in those counter records. These counters honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and remove old daily counts during active collection after about 90 days. These limits describe the planning counters, not every security record processed by the hosting provider.

Cloudflare may also collect website performance and security information through its hosting tools. This service does not currently include advertising pixels or a session-replay feature.

How long is information retained?

Information is retained while it is needed to operate accounts, preserve project and review records, provide support, protect the service or address applicable obligations. There is currently no automatic account deletion period.

The operational event summaries use a 30-day retention window. Database recovery history is maintained by the hosting provider. Private recovery copies of uploaded files currently have no automatic expiry. Deleting a workspace file therefore does not immediately remove recovery copies or previously shared project snapshots.

You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact below. We may need to verify account ownership and review shared records, recovery copies and any applicable retention need. We will explain what can be removed and what must be retained. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy.

How can you manage your information?

You can manage information by editing your project or application, choosing what to share, revoking contractor access, pausing contractor participation and changing project email preferences. Workspace exports let you download your saved project data; other access or correction requests can be sent to support.

Account verification and password-recovery emails are separate from optional project alerts. Changing project email preferences does not unsubscribe you from those account-security messages.

Enter your account email in the contact form where possible. Describe the request without sending your password, verification code or password-reset link. The service is intended for adults acting for businesses and is not directed to children.

How will this notice change?

This notice will change when the service or its information practices change. We will update the date and explain material changes through the site or an appropriate account notice before applying them where required.

How can you contact us?

You can contact Concrete Commercial Contractors through our contact form for account help, policy questions or privacy requests. Include the relevant account email or project reference when useful, but never include your password or a verification or recovery link.
